| JULY | July 3 Sunset Concert Mountain Village July 4 Telluride 4th of July Celebration Come join the town of Telluride in our Fourth of July Celebration! The much loved 4th of July parade begins at 11 a.m. on Main Street (Colorado Avenue). After the parade make your way down to Telluride Town Park to enjoy a series of events hosted by the Telluride Volunteer Fire Department including a picnic, kids' games and a spectacular firework show. July 10 Sunset Concert Mountain Village July 11 - 14 Telluride Yoga Festival Yoga instructors from around the globe convene in Telluride to offer workshops in all types of yoga, meditation, kirtan, and other practices. www.tellurideyogafestival.com July 13 & 14 The Ride Festival Welcome to the 2nd annual Telluride Ride Festival . Music in the Telluride Town Park with music artists Cake, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Steve Earle, Buddy Miller, David Byrne and St Vincent, and more to be announced soon. www.ridefestival.com July 12 - 13 Hardrock 100 Endurance Run The Hardrock 100 Endurance Run is a 100 mile run whose course makes a big loop through the San Juan Mountains of beautiful southwest Colorado: 100-miles which includes 33,992 feet of climb and 33,992 feet of descent for a total elevation change of 67,984 feet with an average elevation of 11,186 feet - low point 7,680 feet (Ouray) and high point 14,048 feet (Handies Peak). | AUGUST | August 2 - 4 Telluride Jazz Festival Telluride Jazz Festival ranks among the world’s most memorable music festivals. Since 1977, Telluride’s majestic perch high in the San Juan Mountains has been the site of an annual event produced by the Telluride Society for Jazz. The intimate format and superb music along with the opportunity for invigorating alpine recreation come together to create a truly unique weekend experience. September 7 Imogene Pass Run September 13 - 15 Telluride Blues and Brews Festival The Telluride Blues & Brews Festival takes place in Telluride Town Park, a renowned outdoor music venue with breath-taking mountain peaks for a backdrop. Listen to international blues and rock musicians all day in the park and late night at the local clubs and taste the latest favorite microbreweries from around the west. www.tellurideblues.com September 21 Mountain to Desert Bike Ride The Mountains to the Desert Ride is a grueling and rewarding, one day, bicycle ride from Telluride, Colorado to Gateway Canyons, Colorado. The objective is to help with a great cause, complete the challenge, have some serious fun, and help raise $80,000 for the benefit of the Just For Kids Foundation. September 20 - 23 Telluride BBQ Festival This Gold Season, it is time to get sauced! The weekend (September 22nd and 23rd) will certainly be both spicy and sweet at The Telluride Barbeque Festival.
