Originally from Tuscon, Arizona, Chef Bud gained experience as a chef in top restaurants like Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Café Terra Cotta, Les Saveurs, The Collection, The Peaks Resort, and The Hotel Madeline. Chef Bud's cooking philosophy is simple: use quality ingredients and professional techniques. His menus feature enticing, honest and exciting food prepared with care and served with flair.
Dustin Clements - Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
A Colorado native, Dustin has been involved in the food and beverage world since his teenage years. Having developed strong passion for fine food, Dustin has assumed nearly every role in the restaurant business, making his operational experience unmatched. As a Level 2 Sommelier, Dustin is well versed in our fine selection of wines. Ask him for a recommendation!
Renato Perrig - Pastry Chef
A native of Zermatt, Switzerland, Renato found his calling as a pastry chef during his apprenticeship at a bakery. He studied as a pastry chef for two years, with an additional 2 years of training in chocolate techniques. Renato worked at several hotels in Zermatt and Bern before moving to the US in 2007. He has experience at fine restaurants in Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen, and Telluride. Renato joined The View Bar & Grill team in November 2015.
